Anna Friel named yummiest mummy
Former Brookside actress and now full time mum Anna Friel was voted the yummiest mummy in a recent poll, beating Victoria Beckham, Jamelia and Angelina Jolie to the title.

Anna hit the headlines earlier this year after she managed to shift her baby weight in just three months. She said at the time that the quick slimming had been down to her desire to be thinner for a sex scene in an upcoming film.

The poll, conducted by Lycos' online men's magazine Lycos XY, placed Victoria Beckham in second place, followed by Brummie singer Jamelia and supermodel Heidi Klum.

Adoption queen Angelina Jolie managed fifth place, with Donna Air, Gwen Stefani, Liz Hurley, DJ Sara Cox and Big Brother's Davina McCall making up the rest of the top ten.

A magazine spokesman said: "It's great to see successful, beautiful women flying the flag for mums everywhere.

"The glamorous world of celebrity is a long way removed from the lives of most of us, but perhaps that's why we love these career-and-child-juggling women so much."
