Answers
What packs am I entitled to and where can I collect them?
Pre Natal - There are three Bounty packs available for mums to be. These are the Pregnancy Information pack, Mum-to-Be Essentials pack and the Overnight Essentials pack. The Pregnancy Information pack will be given to you at around 3 months pregnancy by your midwife. This pack contains the Your Pregnancy information guide. Inside this guide is a voucher for you to redeem your Mum-to-Be pack from Boots or Asda. You will receive your Overnight Essentials pack in the hospital delivery suite from a healthcare professional.
Post Natal -There are two packs you will receive after the birth of your baby. These are the Newborn Essentials pack and Baby Essentials pack. You will receive the Newborn Essentials pack from your local Bounty Distributor while you are in the maternity ward. This pack contains the You and Your Newborn guide. When your baby reaches approximately 6 months of age we will post you a claim card to redeem the Baby Essentials pack from Boots or Asda. Inside this pack is the You and your growing baby guide. We will post you a further information guide, Your Toddler, near your baby’s first birthday.
I didn’t receive my Bounty pack in hospital / I am having a home birth / Can you post me a pack?
Your midwife should be able to provide you with a Bounty pack if asked. Our distributors visit hospitals frequently and can provide your healthcare professional with a pack to pass on to you. Unfortunately due to weight restrictions we are unable to post the Bounty packs. This practice ensures the Bounty packs remain free of charge for all new and expectant mums.
My hospital does not distribute the Bounty packs, how do I get mine?
A few hospitals in the UK do not allow the distribution of Bounty packs. As a result, we hold in-store days within local Mothercare and Boots branches for new and expectant mums to collect their Bounty packs. The in-store days are held at Mothercare in Kingston Park Retail Centre, Newcastle and 44 Southgate, Bath. Please contact or visit your local store for more information.
I gave birth to twins, what Bounty packs am I entitled to?
The Bounty packs contain various information guides which are limited in production. We therefore must limit the packs to one per household to ensure that every new / expectant mum will receive all the information she is entitled to. We are sorry to cause any disappointment by this, however trust you value the information and service we provide.
Boots / Asda did not have my pack in stock when I visited the store?
Your local stores shouldn’t run out of Bounty packs, however if this does occur we will ensure their stock is replenished as quickly as possible once notified. Please email us at outofstock@bounty.com stating the which retailer (Boots or Asda) you visted, and the store town. Unfortunately, this means you need to revisit your local store to collect your pack as we are unable to post it. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause and will endeavour to ensure all stores are supplied with sufficient stock at all times.
My Bounty pack contained out of date products?
All Bounty packs are date stamped on the outside to ensure that mums do not receive any out of date products in their packs. Should you be given an out of date pack by mistake, please contact our customer service team and notify us of the store and date you collected your pack and we’ll liaise directly with the store to resolve the problem. We will provide you with a further voucher to redeem a fresh pack by way of apology.
Why did my pack contents not resemble the photo / why was it different to my friends pack?
Please be aware that photos are used for illustration purposes only. The Bounty pack contents change frequently in line with products supplied by the manufacturers, and therefore vary from time to time. We will always try to ensure that the packs are filled with relevant samples and information and where appropriate, the respective Bounty information guide is included.
Why can I not register to receive more than 3 claim cards for the Bounty packs?
Unfortunately we must limit the number of claim cards for Bounty packs to 3 per household. Bounty has introduced this policy to eradicate fraud redemption of Bounty packs. We sincerely apologise to families with more than 3 children, however this policy must be enforced to allow us to continue providing free samples and information due to our limited product allocations to fulfil pack production.
I am currently living outside the UK and would like a Bounty pack. Am I eligible to receive one?
Unfortunately due to weight restrictions we are unable to post the Bounty packs. This practice ensures the Bounty packs remain free of charge for all new and expectant mums in the UK. You can view all the Bounty information guides free of charge through www.bounty.com. Please feel free to join our online community and share your experiences with other mums.
Why can't I receive my Bounty Pack from Mothercare Direct anymore?
Mothercare are no longer able to offer you Bounty packs. You still however claim your packs from all Boots and Asda Stores
My friend received a Toddler Pack, why are they not available anymore?

Podcasts are a brilliant new way to listen to the news or information you want, when you want it. One of the best things about them is their flexibility. You can choose to listen to them on your computer straightaway, download them on to your computer or MP3 player to listen to later, or subscribe to have them downloaded to your computer automatically in installments. Here’s how to:
