Nicole gushes about her bond with baby Sunday

Academy Award-winning actress, Nicole Kidman, has revealed that her bond with newborn daughter Sunday Rose has become a bit of an obsession, according to new reports.

The 41-year-old Australia star gave birth to her first child with husband, country singer Keith Urban five months ago and claims baby Sunday has changed her life forever.

"I stand over Sunday's crib and watch her breathe. It's pathetic. My mum says I'm over-bonded, but I don't care," Nicole said in a recent interview.

Commenting on her experience as a new mum, she added: "I feel there's something that happens with birth that's very primal, that men are never going to understand. Something in your whole body changes and I don't know what it is. I have no words for it other than there's something that shifts and you're more open and more raw."

Nicole also has two adopted children from her previous marriage to actor Tom Cruise.
