OC star 'ready' for baby

Former OC star Rachel Bilson has revealed that she wants to have a baby within the next couple of years.

Speaking to InStyle magazine, the actress said that she does not feel ready for marriage but does feel ready to become a mother.

Currently dating her Jumper co-star Hayden Christensen, the 27-year-old explained that she is "more ready for a baby than marriage. Not really tomorrow, but definitely in the next couple of years".

Asked whether her current beau, who she has been dating since 2007, is the potential father of her children, Rachel said simply, "I am happy where I am".

In the same interview, the brunette revealed that she is learning to play chess with the goal of beating Hayden, 27, who she described as "very good".

She has also revealed to Page Six magazine that she wants to elope if she does marry, claiming that she wants a "very small wedding" with as few people in attendance as possible.
