Pregnant Corrie star 'happy and healthy'

06 Aug 2008

Pregnant Corrie star
Former soap star Tina O'Brien was recently spotted out and about with boyfriend Ryan Thomas, as the young couple gets ready for their new arrival.

The 25-year-old Manchester-born actress is expecting her first child in October with partner of five years Ryan, who she met on the set of Coronation Street.

Now in the seventh month of pregnancy, a source reveals that the happy parents-to-be are considering marriage in the near future.

A friend of the couple told Now magazine: "It's all a bit scary, but it's very exciting, too. Tina's never been one of those girls who fantasised about a huge do with a big white dress, but they're now talking about having a wedding next year. Then they'll be a proper family."

Tina played teenage mum Sarah-Louise Platt on Corrie for eight years before deciding to leave the street for pastures new.

The pregnant starlet is already godmother of child actress Emily Walton, who plays her on-screen daughter Bethany.
