Tiger Woods and wife expecting second baby

American golf pro Tiger Woods has announced that his wife Elin is pregnant again.

Writing on his official website, the 32-year-old world number one revealed to fans: "I have some wonderful news to report. Sam is going to be a big sister.

"Elin and I are proud to announce that we are expecting our second child in late winter."

The couple are already the proud parents of one-year-old daughter Sam Alexis, who was born in June last year, one day after Tiger finished second place in the US Open.

Commenting on the birth of his first child, Tiger told reporters: "It was a dream come true for both Elin and myself. I've been changing diapers and doing feedings. I definitely don't sleep now."

Tiger married the 28-year-old Swedish model in October 2004, after a year-long engagement. The couple were reportedly introduced during the 2001 Open Championship by Swedish golfer Jesper Parnevik.
