  1. This Promotion Code is available to Bounty.com Members (“Bounty Members”) only .
  2. Bounty Members must not publish, reproduce, republish or broadcast the Promotion Code without Bounty’s permission.
  3. This Promotion Code entitles Bounty Members to a chance to purchase a single product at a Bounty Offer Price, as shown on the Bounty website and available for purchase at Provider’s website online at www.kiddisave.co.uk
  4. The Promotion Code will be revealed on www.bounty.com at 11 a.m. on the relevant day the Product will be available.
  5. Bounty Members must be logged in to be able to view the Promotion Code.
  6. Once Bounty has revealed the Promotion Code the Bounty Member can click on the Buy Now link for the Product and will be sent to the Provider’s website.
  7. The Closing Date of each Promotion shall apply below, unless the Product has sold out, in which case it will have ended sooner:

    There are a limited number of the Products for sale on www.bounty.com and therefore it is strictly first come first served for the Bounty Offer Price. If the Bounty Member enters the Promotion Code at the www.kiddisave.co.uk shopping basket but the discount is not applied, the Product at the Bounty Offer price is no longer available or the Product has sold out.
  8. The Promotion Code can only be redeemed at Provider’s online checkout.
  9. Products will be subject to Provider’s Standard Delivery charges
  10. All Products will be supplied by Provider online at www.kiddisave.co.uk and are subject to Provider’s Terms and Conditions of Sale.
  11. Only one purchase using the Promotion Code per person per product. The Bounty Offer Price cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional code which may be running on Provider’s website on the day.
  12. Products are subject to availability. The visual images of products on the Bounty website are for guidance only.
  13. Bounty shall have no liability in respect of interruptions or unavailability of the Provider’s website.
  14. All Products are supplied by Provider and Bounty shall have no liability in respect of the Products.
  15. By entering the promotion Bounty Members agree to be bound by the rules and by any other requirements set out in the promotional material and Provider’s Terms and Conditions of Sale.
  16. The decisions of Bounty and Provider will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  17. By entering the promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, which are governed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
  18. In the event that any terms and condition(s) are deemed invalid, illegal or otherwise unenforceable, they shall be severed from these terms and the remaining clauses will remain in force.
