Remember when shopping meant a dash around the supermarket with reluctant kids in tow? And what would you do without your friends online at Bounty.com? It’s hard to remember a time when computers weren’t part and parcel of family life, but how do you use yours?
Bounty has teamed up with computer giant ASUS to find out how you will respond, and we expect come to love, some of the Eee PC family and their new range the UL series, which are stunningly slim, light and can keep going for 12 hours (sound familiar?).
All you need to do is tell us how you’d use yours to be in with a chance to win the PC of your choice!
It works like this. Four people will be invited to blog about an ASUS computer for three weeks. You don’t need to be an ASUS owner to get involved, ASUS will provide one, for free, for the duration of the blog.
All you need to do is pick a PC from the list below, and send us up to 200 words on why you are the perfect person to test and blog about the computer. One lucky blogger will get to keep their computer, and the other three will all receive an Eee PC901 as a thank you for taking part.

To be in with a chance submit your application by 7 January 2010, using the form below. Successful applicants will be notified by 14th January 2010. Blogging begins on 15th January 2010, so don’t apply if you can't blog for three weeks after this date.
- ASUS is looking for lots of user feedback, so to qualify for a free Eee PC901 bloggers will need to write at least three 200 word posts per week for the duration of the blog (three weeks).
- It won’t hurt to do a bit of self publicity online by driving people to your blog. The winner will be selected by Bounty and ASUS, but will be informed by the blogger with the most readers.
- Unfortunately, we can only consider people who are over 18 and live in the UK. You don’t need to have any previous experience with computers – ASUS is looking for bloggers from all walks of life. You will have to sign some ASUS legal paperwork to say you’ll look after the computer and return it when you’re done.

The Competition is to win:
For four winners to win the use of one of four Asus units (UL 30, UL50, EeePC 20”, Seashell 1008). One winner will be selected and they will keep the Asus unit on which they have been blogging. In addition, each of the other three winning bloggers will receive an Asus eeepc 901.
Judging Criteria:
Four winners will chosen based on what each participant writes to explain why their want to spend some time with an Asus unit, and are able and willing to blog. Four winners will be notified within 5 working days of the closing date by email. Winners names will be available as they will be blogging for Bounty and the final winner will be announced at the end of the blogging period One entry per person. Prizes as detailed. UK/Ireland entrants only. Asus Tek UK and associated companies/agencies may not enter this competition. Must be over 18 to enter.
