Gracie May Mortimer is 13 days old in this photograph. She is smiling at mummy and daddy and all the nurses! Gracie was born 8 weeks early! She spent 3 weeks in the Neonatal Unit. Gracie is now at home and is smiling everyday at mummy and daddy.
