Samantha Who? and Married... With Children star Christina Applegate is expecting her first child after successfully battling breast cancer, her publicist has confirmed.

The 38-year-old actress had a double mastectomy in July 2008 and reconstructive surgery months later. She is now cancer-free.

Christina is engaged to Dutch musician Martyn Lenoble. The baby's due date hasn't been announced.
