BBC Radio 2 presenter Zoe Ball says that she is in no hurry to lose her baby weight.
Speaking to Closer magazine, Zoe commented that she "gave up the gym [and] ate everything in sight" while she was pregnant with daughter Nelly, she has lost two stone since she gave birth in mid-January.
"I'm big with hips and thighs and just want to eat healthily so I feel good and have lots of energy," she said.
But she added that she has a long way to go to shed the four stone she put on during her pregnancy.
Zoe said she is easing herself back into exercising by taking walks with Nelly in her pram and working out in her home gym, although she admitted she has recently started meeting with a trainer three times a week to do cardio work.
She also spoke to New! magazine this week, commenting that couples who are having trouble conceiving should not give up.
Zoe added that Nelly is particularly special to her and husband Norman Cook - perhaps better known as DJ Fatboy Slim - "because we wanted her for so long".
