It was an announcement we were all waiting for and over the weekend it finally happened…
Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel welcomed their baby into the world, a little boy who they named Silas Randall Timberlake.
The pair chose the name as a nod to both Justin’s grandfather, his father and himself - Silas was the middle name of Timberlake’s maternal grandfather Bill Bomar, while Randall is JT’s own middle name, as well as his father’s first.
This way of naming a baby used to be a top tradition but as years have gone on, this has faded with many mums opting for modern monikers.
We kind of like the idea. And let’s face it if we all carried it on, names like Gary and Janet may not be facing extinction.
Congrats to JT and his beautiful wife… we can’t wait to see the pictures.
