That’s the latest finding from Tommy’s, who have been conducting research into weight, diet and daily exercise, concluding that these can all have an impact on health during pregnancy and beyond – for both mum and baby.

The charity’s 5 Point Pregnancy Plan, in partnership with Bounty, aims to help mums, mums-to-be and families make healthy choices and give their little ones the best start in life.
There’s a range of information from the Tommy’s Stop and Swap plan giving ideas on how to have a healthy balanced diet in pregnancy, giving up smoking, exercise and weight management and mental health, as well as that all-important nutrition – don’t forget to take folic acid and your vitamin D supplements!
We would like to ask you, as a Bounty member, to commit to one or more of the five pledges to help give your baby the very best start in life.
