Sally says

For a seat around the house, to take on holiday or in the garden or park, this is ideal for a baby that can sit and hold its head up but would slump without additional support. The seat is shaped to give a comfortable sitting position, with a raised section between the legs to prevent baby from slipping forward and the detachable play or snack tray which has three positions means you do not need straps. It’s easy to wash and is made from a strong yet light and non-toxic material similar to that used in infant car seats.

I bought one of these chairs as my 3 month old often tries to sit forward when in his swing. He loves sitting in this as he can sit upright looking around at everything and is well supported by the high back of the chair (unlike some of the other seats available). The tray that fits on the front is great as it holds him in place and he can also play with his toys on this too. The only negative i would say about this is it is made from what looks like compressed polystyrene which doesn't look the most attractive, however my baby loves it and it is approved by paeditricians so must be a good thing.
I really like the Cushi Tush! It's so lightweight you can take it any where and every where. It's really easy to clean and the space where the legs go is bigger than some other similar chairs, which is good if your baby has chunky thighs!
