Toys R Us prize draw terms and conditions - £1,500 worth of Toys R Us gift cards to be won

• Join the Bounty Club for a chance to win a share of £1,500 worth of Toys R Us gift cards.
• Join the Bounty Club via registering online at www.bounty.com or through one of the following URL’s: www.bounty.com/bcc, www.bounty.com/mtb, www.bounty.com/bcca or completing and returning the registration form to us and you will automatically be entered into a free prize draw.  You will have a chance to win one of the following prizes: 1st prize = £500 Toys R Us gift card, 2nd prize = £250 Toys R Us gift cards and 3rd prize = 1 of 10 x £75 Toys R Us gift cards
• There will be 2 prize draws which will take place in the following months: May 2012, and August 2012.
• All online entries received will be entered into the prize draw as follows:

• For the avoidance of doubt, closing dates of each prize draw are as follows: 30th April 2012, and 31st July 2012.
• Acceptance of postal entries will take place when the registration process has been completed by the Promoter.  The date of registration will be deemed to be the date of entry and will fall within the relevant Entry Period and Month of Prize Draw as detailed in the table above.
• Winners will be chosen at random from all successful entrants.
• The first randomly selected winner will receive a £500 Toys R Us gift card.
• The next randomly selected winner will receive a £250 Toys R Us gift card.
• The next 10 randomly selected winners will receive a £75 Toys R Us gift card each.
• The winners will be notified by email within 21 days of each prize draw.
• Within 14 days of notification the winners are required to email confirmation of their acceptance of the prize and their postal address(es) to the Promoter. In the event that a winner does not provide the required acceptance or postal address within the 14 days the entry will be disqualified and an alternative winner will be chosen.
• The gift cards (which will be inactive) will be sent to the winners by post within 14 days of receipt of confirmation of postal address from each winner.  A separate letter will be sent to the winners detailing a password and the telephone number winners will need to call in order to activate the gift cards.
• The Promoter will not be liable for any prize that does not reach the winner for reasons beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control.
• Gift cards are redeemable in store only.
• Each member is only eligible to be entered into one prize draw.
• All entrants must be resident in the UK and have a valid email address.
• The prizes are as stated, are not transferable to another individual and no cash alternative is available.  In the event of a prize being unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
• Employees of Bounty (UK) Limited or any associated companies and members of their families, are not eligible to enter the prize draw.
• Winners’ name and county will be available within 28 days of the closing date on request to the Promoter by email to community@bounty.com.
• Winners consent to their name and county being displayed as set out above.
• Use of a false name or address will result in disqualification.
• No responsibility is accepted for any entries that do not reach the Promoter for any reason or online entries that are not submitted on time or in full for any reason, such as corrupted web pages, by the each closing date.
• By entering the prize draw, entrants agree to be bound by the rules and by any other requirements set out in the promotional material.
• The decisions of the Promoter will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• In the event that any of terms and condition(s) are deemed invalid, illegal or otherwise unenforceable, they shall be severed from these terms and the remaining clauses will remain in force.
