• To enter the prize draw log onto the Bounty website at www.bounty.com/thebigprize and simply click to enter
• There will be 6 prize draws which will take place in the following months: February, March, April, May, June, July 2012 ('Prize Draw Period')
• The prize draws shall close on the last day of each month listed above, with the final closing date for entry being 31st July 2012
• Winners will be chosen at random from all successful entrants.
• The winners will be notified by email within 14 days of each prize draw
• Within 14 days of notification the winners are required to email confirmation of their postal address(es) and acceptance of the prize(s) to the Promoter. In the event that the winners do not provide the required confirmation within the 14 days the entry will be disqualified and an alternative winner will be chosen
• The prizes will be sent by courier, to the winners within 14 days of receipt of address confirmation from the winner, and on a date arranged between the Promoter and the winner. A signature as proof of delivery will be required in each case. If Promoter has to redeliver the prize the winner shall be responsible for paying the redelivery costs
• The Promoter will not be liable for any prize(s) that do not reach the winner for reasons beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control
• All entrants must have a valid email address and daytime telephone numbers
• All entrants must be aged 18 years or over and resident in the UK
• Only one entry per person per draw
• Entrants are only eligible to win once during the Prize Draw Period
• The prizes cannot be transferred and no cash alternative is available
• Prizes are subject to availability. The visual images of prizes on the Bounty Product Guide are for guidance only and in the event of a prize being unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value
• The winners agree to take part in public relation activities reasonably requested by Promoter. Promoter shall confirm within one month of the winners having received notification of winning, an agreed date, time and place for interviews and/or photos which shall take place at a location within 25miles of the winner’s home address. The winners will be responsible for their own travel costs
• Winners’ name and county will be displayed on www.bounty.com within 14 days of the closing date of each prize draw
• Winners consent to their name and county being disclosed on the Bounty website as stated above
• Use of a false name or address will result in disqualification
• Employees of Bounty (UK) Limited or any associated companies and members of their families, are not eligible to enter the prize draw
• By entering the prize draw, entrants agree to be bound by the rules and by any other requirements set out in the promotional material
• The decisions of the Promoter will be final and no correspondence will be entered into
• By entering the prize draw, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, which are governed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales
• In the event that any terms and condition(s) are deemed invalid, illegal or otherwise unenforceable, they shall be severed from these terms and the remaining clauses will remain in force.
