The Company was placed into Administration on 29 November 2022 and Ryan Davies and Neil Mather of Moore Kingston Smith & Partners LLP were appointed Joint Administrators on this date.
Whilst a sale of part of the Company’s ‘B2B’ business and assets was completed on the same day, the portrait business providing photography services was closed immediately on Administration.

The affairs, business and property of the Company are being dealt with by the Joint Administrators, who act as agents of the Company and without personal liability.
