Bounty App

Below are a number of our most frequently asked questions with regards the Bounty App & links to the relevant departments, where applicable.

  • eVouchers

    If you have redeemed an eVoucher in error please email App@bounty.com using the email address your App is synced to & identify the voucher accidentally redeemed. Please entitle the email 'eVoucher reset'. We will look to reset the voucher within the App.

    NB: If your query relates to a voucher not being valid please visit Customer Services/Bounty Offers & follow the appropriate link. 

  • Log in or App not working?

    If your query relates to your App log in or you find the App is not working as expected please contact: App@bounty.com with any relevant information.

  • No Smart Phone

    We have worked extensively on our App development with hundreds of women in research focus groups. Prior to launching the App, evidence showed that the vast majority of our audience used a smart phone. Apologies that you are unable to access all the features Bounty offers, may we suggest that you ask a family member or friend to download the App onto a compatible device from which you can claim your Mum-to-be pack in store.

    NB: Despite not having the App you will still be able to receive a Pregnancy Information folder & Newborn pack whilst in hospital.

  • Older Phone OS (Operating Software)

    Unfortunately, unless your phone operates on iPhone OS 11 or Android 6 (Marshmallow) and above, you may not be able to install the App and use some of the features properly, such as collecting your Mum-to-be pack.

    NB: Despite this you will still be able to receive a Pregnancy Information Folder & Newborn pack whilst in hospital.

  • Compatibility

    We have worked extensively on our App development with hundreds of women in research focus groups. Prior to launch we researched the most commonly used devices & can confirm our App is supported by over 95%. Please accept our apologies if you are unable to install the App & collect your Mum-to-be pack. May we suggest that you ask a family member or friend to download the App onto a compatible device from which you can claim your Mum to be pack in store.

    NB: Despite not having the App you will still be able to receive a Pregnancy Information folder & Newborn pack whilst in hospital.
