Bounty Pack FAQs

PIF

Bounty has listened to recent feedback with regards our carbon footprint and has made some significant changes. We no longer produce the Mum-to-Be or Newborn pack, instead opting to provide hospitals with Child Benefit literature to pass on to new mums and create more value for our mums via the Bounty App. Ensure your 'push notifications' are switched on within the App so that you don't miss out on any of our great offers. We continue to produce the prenatal Bounty folder, supplying to Main Hospital ANCs, GP Surgeries and Private Scan clinics, free of charge. This folder contains samples, a Bounty Baby Guide and other literature (subject to availability). It is now in a handy 'handbag' size with a zip lock, providing additional utility value. The folder is made of at least 30% recycled material & can be fully recycled.

  • Where can I obtain my Bounty prenatal folder?

Our Pregnancy Information Folder is given to you by your health care professional, at around 12 weeks pregnant. If you have not yet received yours, ask your midwife at your next appointment.

  • Unable to obtain Bounty prenatal folder?

    Pregnancy Information Folder
When at your next appointment, please ask your midwife or health care professional in the antenatal clinic or scanning unit for your Pregnancy Information folder.
If they do not have any available, please let us know the address of the surgery/antenatal clinic or scanning unit you attended and we will endeavour to ensure more folders are made available at this location. Please contact: fieldsupport@bounty.com with the relevant information.
Due to the size of the packs and costs involved, we are unable to send them by post direct to you. We hope that you can appreciate that we have taken this decision to ensure that operational costs are focused on giving out as many free Bounty packs as possible to new and expectant mums.

  • Unable to receive Child Benefit form

Bounty continues to supply Main hospital Postnatal wards with HMRC Child Benefit forms or HMRC literature signposting new mums to ways of claiming Child Benefit. If you did not receive a HMRC envelope from your healthcare professional following your stay in hospital, please visit: gov.uk/hmrc/claimchildbenefit  or download the HMRC App to claim
