Quick cauliflower and broccoli cheese recipe
With Piccolo pumpkin & cheese stir-in sauce
Introducing varied vegetables such as pumpkin can be time consuming, try this lovely root vegetable and cook up some quick greens to go with it.

Ingredients

50g Cauliflower florets, fresh or frozen

50g Broccoli florets, fresh or frozen

80g Piccolo pumpkin and cheese sauce

20g Cheddar cheese, grated
Method

Turn the grill onto medium.

While it is heating up, steam or boil the cauliflower and broccoli for 4-6 minutes until soft. While the vegetables are cooking, use a little oil or butter to grease an oven proof glass or ceramic dish suitable for 2 portions

Once the vegetables are cooked, drain and place in the greased dish. Pour on top the Pumpkin and cheese sauce and sprinkle on top the grated cheese

Place the dish in the grill and cook for 5-8 minutes until all the cheese has melted and is golden and bubbly on top
