The award-winning Day Spa at Whittlebury Hall is the ideal place to get away from it all for a day of relaxation, with Heat and Ice Experiences to keep you alternately calmed and invigorated over the course of your day. As you move through the treatments you’ll gradually increase your body temperature before taking a stimulating step into the Ice Cave to leave your skin soft, smooth and hydrated. If you’d rather do something more active on the day, you’ll have access to the facilities of the Hall’s Leisure Club.

In between your temperature extremes you’ll also each get to enjoy a 25 minute treatment of your choice from Energising Express facial, Soothing back, neck and shoulder massage, Body polish, Jessica mini manicure or Jessica mini pedicure. To keep your energy levels up through your day, you’ll both get a two-course buffet lunch at the Spa’s Terrace Café.
