Ant McPartlin becomes a dad as his wife gives birth to the couple’s first child together

TV presenter and half of popular duo Ant and Dec, Ant McPartlin has revealed he has become a dad for the first time.
The popular star took to the duo’s joint Instagram account to share his baby joy.
Ant shared a black and white image of himself and his new son to their 5.1 million followers.
Within an hour over 190,000 fans had liked the post.
The sweet snap shows Ant’s face in the corner of the shot and his bare shoulder as he cradles his newborn.
The tot’s newborn hat can be seen as well as a tiny hand.
He shared information with fans including his son’s name and birthday.
Ant captioned the adorable post: “Welcome to the family Wilder Patrick McPartlin.
“Born, 14/05/24 at 8.54am.
“Baby is beautiful, Mummy’s a legend, Sisters are over the moon. Dad’s a mess!”
Celebrity pals rushed to share their congratulations to the star.
Fellow Britain’s Got Talent star Amanda Holden wrote: “Oh my gosh this is the most amazing news. Congratulations.”
And former Britain’s Got Talent judge Alesha Dixon shared: “Awwwww darling I’m so happy for you both! Baby shares the same birthday as my mummy! Can’t wait to meet buba and to celebrate soon! Love you both.”
Singer Katherine Jenkins added: “ Awww congratulations!!!”
Ant married Anne-Marie Corbett in 2021 and Anne-Marie is already mum to two daughters from a previous relationship.
