30 Hours of Funded Childcare. The Best Start for Your Child
Promotional Feature
Life with little ones can be busy and full of juggling priorities. Busy Bees is here to help parents access 30 hours of funded childcare each week, making childcare more affordable while giving every child the best start in life.
In England, children aged 9 months and over may qualify for 30 hours of government-funded childcare each week during term time. The funding is designed to support working families by reducing childcare costs while ensuring every child can thrive.
Could this be for you? You might qualify if you live in England, your child is 9 months or older, and you and your partner (if you have one) work at least 16 hours a week or are on parental or sick leave, earning less than £100,000 each.
How do I find out if I qualify? You can check if you qualify on the government childcare website by providing your details, including your National Insurance number and your child’s passport or birth certificate. If successful, you’ll receive an eligibility code that can be used on our Busy Bees website.
Timing is important. To receive funding for the next term, make sure you have your code before the term starts:
September term: apply by 31 August
January term: apply by 31 December
April term: apply by 31 March
Getting started is simple, and Busy Bees are here to guide you every step of the way. From understanding eligibility to submitting your code, they make the process stress-free so you can focus on enjoying time with your little one.
