Emotions can be all over the place during pregnancy, with your hormones fluctuating and big changes looming ahead. Though most women have good mental health during pregnancy, some find it harder to manage.

At Bounty Plus, we’ve teamed up with BetterHelp, the largest online global platform for therapy, to offer all of our members one whole month for free.

That includes:

  • Weekly live sessions with a therapist of your choosing at a time to suit you
  • Chat messaging with your therapist so you can contact them anytime, anywhere
  • Group sessions throughout the week so you can participate in weekly, topic based discussions
  • Full use of BetterHelp features including journaling, worksheets and goal tracking to keep
  • Codes to share with friends and family so they can also have a month free

This service is here for you to talk about anything that is bothering you, pregnancy related or otherwise! You can use your sessions straight away, or save them for when you think they’ll be more useful. You’ll be allocated your own therapist who will be there to guide you through the process, and you’ll have access to their calendar to book your sessions at a time that suits you.

Coping during pregnancy

It’s totally normal to worry about lots of different things during pregnancy. Here are just a few things that will be running through your mind:
